- Minimum of a 6 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science and as per Institution's requirements for Engineering fields.
- Minimum of a 5 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science for technical fields.
- Average year mark of 60% and above for 2nd or 3rd year students.
- A CV with your Grade 12 Certificate or latest academic transcript from the University if you are already studying at a University.
- Preference will be given to applicants residing in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located - proof of residence to be submitted with application.
- Applicants already supported by another organisation/company will not be considered.
- Selection will be in line with the Employment Equity requirements of the Company
- Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessment and interviews as part of the selection process.
