The IM Design Authority will be responsible for leading solution design, integration, and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and supply chain best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba solutions and integration with SAP S/4HANA to optimize procurement, supply chain collaboration, and guided buying processes. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience in release management and compliance reviews.Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive functional, technical, and strategic knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and integration techniques.
• Experience with SAP Ariba solutions such as Guided Buying, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Procurement Content (APC).
• Proven ability to manage release cycles, IT audits, and compliance reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle both technical and business-focused engagements.
• Ability to define and implement integration strategies with a focus on SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.
• Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture is required.
• Advanced level of proficiency in IBM Db2 Technical Architecture is recommended.
• Global Strategic Direct Sourcing, Agile Systems Integration, and Cloud Outsourcing Strategy skills are suggested with Advanced proficiency.
• Develop innovative technology solutions to address complex business challenges
• Lead technology architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into technology designs"

Key Responsibilities:
The IM design authority role act as the primary authority for solution design, integration, and architecture decisions, aligning with business requirements and SC best practices.

• Provide solution recommendations for SAP Ariba SLP, SAP Ariba Contracts Management, SAP Ariba Sourcing,
• Provide Solution Design and Governance
• Conduct documentation review of enhancement changes for release management
• Manage release management changes for SAP Ariba solution
• Conduct compliance review through IT Audit controls
• Integration Management review
• Define and implement integration strategies, leveraging SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or middleware solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement and stakeholder management
• Manage relationship with SC Ariba business team with IM team as well as AMS Support
• Support digitisation initiatives from SC business team
• Manage Priority 1 tickets issue resolution process
• Manage SAP Ariba quarterly release management and ensure all changes are reviewed with SC business and impact analysis of each feature is reviewed.
• Manage priority service tickets between SAP Ariba Engineering team and SC Business team
• Review BRD Changes proposed by business team
• Support AMS team in BRD resolution
