This role involves setting and executing a recruitment strategy, managing a team of regional Talent Acquisition Managers, Team Leaders, and Specialists, and ensuring the effective attraction and onboarding of top-tier talent across multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities:Global Strategy Development: Create and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.Process Optimization: Refine and improve global recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing professional development opportunities.Recruitment Management: Ensure seamless execution of recruitment operations globally, from candidate engagement to offer extension.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust global talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.Reporting and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and provide insights to optimize global recruitment practices.Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted.Experience: Minimum of 6 years in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a senior or global management role in a high-volume or strategic recruitment setting.Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex global recruitment processes and leading international teams.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse candidates and stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough follow-through in recruitment processes.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership of responsibilities.Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with international team members to achieve shared goals.Why Join Us?At ICG Medical, youll be part of a passionate team dedicated to improving patient care through effective recruitment.
