Landscape Maintenance & Facilities Managment GM
General manager to oversee day to day operations within our company. Below points are merely a guideline to what can be expected from the suitable candidate, experience within the industry is crucial and non negotiable with tracable referances
- Daily Planning of workflow
- Daily quality controll
- New business sourcing & planning
- Landscape/office plants/ Groundskeeping managment of 300 staff and 6 manager teams
- Site visits & Quality controll
- Meeting with Clients and attend meetings with clients
- Manage 6 Site managers (who has a staff compliment of 300 employees)
- Manage 4 Mainetnace teams (Plumbers/Builders/Handyman)
- Do monthly forecast & present to executives
- Daily managment of operations in business to expertise levels
- De-briefing of weekly operations to executives
- New business & Business development
- Streamlining & cost reduction on opperation
- Well versed in Horticulture & Plant knowledge & Landscaping
- Well versed in Daily running of a high quality operation
- Fully computer litterate
- Drivers License
- Sober habbits
- Industry experience a must with a provable track record
