We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage operations for our premium Hookah Lounge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of business strategy, ensuring the vision of the board members is brought to life. Leadership and Management:

  • Implement the vision of the board members and ensure its realization.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all departments.
Business Planning:
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan focused on premium services and customer experience.
  • Create an execution strategy with clear timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics for each business segment.
Ambiance and Environment:
  • Oversee the lounges ambiance including dxc3xa9cor, lighting, music, cleanliness, and customer-facing aspects like uniforms and system operations.
Products and Services:
  • Manage all aspects of hookah services, including flavors, tools, food, beverages, and tableware.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and menu standards.
Cost and Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgeting, pricing, and Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing, employee-related costs, and asset management.
  • Manage product and inventory tracking, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Reporting:
  • Present quarterly reports and assessments based on KPIs and the execution strategy.
Marketing and Business Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for business growth.
Staff Development:
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring continuous staff development and a positive work environment.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of excellent service and promptly resolving any issues or complaints.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, overseeing sanitation and maintenance of the facility.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in hospitality management, particularly in a hookah lounge or similar environment.
  • Degree in Operations Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism Management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as required.
