We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for life-long learning to join our team as a Google Marketing Platform Account Manager. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic to manage a growing portfolio of GMP Prospects and Clients, ensure accurate billing reconciliation, and foster positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Billing Reconciliation:
+ Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation for all GMP Reseller Clients, working closely with finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Stakeholder Management:
+ Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., creative teams, sales teams) to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Technical Proficiency:
+ Possess an understanding of Google Marketing Platform and reporting modules.
+ Be able to troubleshoot high level technical issues by referencing the Google Help Centre. These will be logged via a Support Ticketing System.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Stay updated on Google platform news and trainings and general industry trends.
+ Contribute to the growth and success of the Google Marketing Platform business.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform: Working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360 and other Google products.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing campaigns and billing reconciliation.
Interpersonal Skills: Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and positive attitude towards any task or situation.
Experience: At least 2 years in digital media marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume workloads, project management, internal & external stakeholder communication.
