As an Electrical Engineering graduate in our confectionery environment, you will be gaining practical exposure to engineering practices.During this time, you will work in our Continuous Improvement Department, providing support to Production and Operational Developments, while at the same time, picking up soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork.You will be exposed to real work, taking place in our production environments, as well as business initiatives.Project management from implementation to completion related to production.You will be provided with relevant training and mentoring providing both formal and informal guidance.Qualification RequirementsGrade 12National Diploma in Electrical EngineeringExperience RequirementsBe familiar with MS Office programs, especially Excel.Have fundamental skills in BOM, Recipe management, SOP and Work instruction.Proactive communication skillsStrong numerical abilityStrong teamwork abilityTaking accountability for tasksAnalytical thinkingDecision making ability.Innovation / continuous improvements mindsetSense of urgency / results orientationRespect for self and othersLearning aptitudeShould be able to work shifts, overtime and travel to other sites as required.
