SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO


Manual packaging of finished products after the completion of the quality process. This includes the fowling types of products; minted coins, blank coins, cast bars, wires, discs Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by tracking stock movements, performing regular stock counts, and updating storage systems to reflect real-time data. Assist in performing quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards, and handle discrepancies in stock or packaging. Support the customer service team by providing accurate and timely information regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential delays. Identify areas for improvement within the final storage and dispatch process and collaborate with the team to implement more efficient workflows and cost-saving strategies. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed in the final storage and dispatch, including the safe handling of materials Ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and labelled according to customer specifications and timelines.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


A completed Matric qualification. BTech. / Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. BCom. in Supply Chain Management. Acquired at least an overall average of 70% at tertiary level.




SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES


Computer proficiency -- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP, SharePoint, Educos and IsoMetrix. Focus on results through quality and safety awareness, managing work, planning and organising, decision making and customer focus. Express potential through adaptability, applied learning, initiating action, innovation, impact and work standards.
