The incumbent should have completed a Diploma/Degree in supply Management .Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain ManagementExperience:No experience required (Trainee position for graduates).Competencies required:Teamwork, Active Listening, Results Orientation, Receiving Feedback, General Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Work Prioritisation, Standards Execution.Summary of the role:Assist with the preparation and packaging of shipments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and shipping regulations.
Work with relevant team members to track shipments and manage returns or exchanges.
Support the maintenance of warehouse organisation and cleanliness, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
Collaborate with various teams, including procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and product handling.
