- Marketing and management of grain against set targets.
- Management of staff.
- Negotiation with client.
- Innovative marketing strategies.
- Appropriate Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
- 5 years management experience.
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in grain marketing (trading.
- Registered Safex Trader with SAIFM.
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Strong customer service orientation and Excellent numerical skills.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
