Owning the brand look and feel of the business
Updating all brand colleterial on a continuous basis
Ensure all public-facing and internal design-led communications adhere to brand standards and are consistent across all channels
Creating design and / or video content for all marketing campaigns
Responsible for managing and administering the brand asset library, such as the photography library and adhering to brand guidelines across all projects
Work in partnership with the wider marketing team to conceptualise campaign idea, ensure consistency and support on ad hoc projects as required
Actively research, explore and conceptualise online opportunities/ trends/innovations/ campaign ideas, and pitch concepts, ideas and innovations
Requirements
3+ years of design experience, in an Agency or Digital Marketing department
Proven experience working within set brand guidelines to develop tactical or strategic campaigns or materials with a high visual impact
Competence in design and image processing software
Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design skills that deliver engaging content across a range of platforms
Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Lightroom)
