Graphic Designer (Part Time)We are looking for a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective graphics. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including designing landing pages for our website and creating advertisements for our company. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours.Key Responsibilities: * Design and Development:

• Create visually engaging landing pages for our website that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Design compelling advertisements for digital and print media, including social media ads, banners, posters, and flyers.
• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to ensure cohesive design and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design projects.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent look and feel.
• Revisions and Feedback:

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Make necessary adjustments to designs based on performance data and user feedback.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design tools and platforms (e.g., Sketch, Figma, WordPress) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including landing pages and advertisements.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web development.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
