About the Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a

Graphic Designer at Pearl Lemon

, you'll be at the heart of our brand's visual identity. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to create

eye-catching, high-converting

designs for a variety of projects, including:

Branding & Visual Identity

- Develop logos, color palettes, and branding materials that define and differentiate Pearl Lemon.

Social Media Graphics

- Create engaging social media visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

Website & Landing Page Designs

- Design compelling web pages, UI/UX elements, and lead-generating landing pages.

Marketing & Sales Collateral

- Design presentations, infographics, whitepapers, and pitch decks that impress.

Email & Ad Creatives

- Develop high-impact visuals for email campaigns and paid advertising.

Video & Animation Support

- Work with our video team to create motion graphics and animated content.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

? 6

months of graphic design experience

(agency, freelance, or in-house).
?

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
? Strong understanding of

branding, typography, and color theory

? Experience creating

social media graphics, marketing materials, and website assets

.
? Ability to

turn complex ideas into visually appealing designs

.
? A portfolio that showcases

diverse, high-quality design work

? Ability to work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):

Experience with

motion graphics or video editing

(After Effects, Premiere Pro).
UI/UX design experience (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Knowledge of

Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web design tweaks.
Familiarity with

conversion-focused design principles
