The Tsebo Group Sales and Marketing team are in search of experienced Graphic Designers to support on very exciting and challenging deliverables within Bid Management and Marketing team. The Graphic Designer must develop the overall layout and production design of all proposals and tenders through determining needs of the customer. The message and design should incorporate aspects of the understanding of the solution offering as well as keep within the Group Corporate Identity standards. Working in unison with Bid Manager by conducting own research on the company and identifying the look and feel that will resonate with the customer. Bids are a high-stakes, ultra-competitive business, which are critical to winning new work, as well as keeping existing contracts. Innovation, creativity, sense of urgency and attention to the smallest details are paramount. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure full coordination in designing, layout and aligned with Group branding guidelines
• Work with Bid manager to brainstorm and establish the creative direction of all projects
• Monitor the conceptual/visual evolution of product and application development
• Ensure that the highest creative and design standards are met
• Implement the brand and communication strategy through design
• Work with Business development and other group stakeholders on company marketing/ presentations or design projects
• Manage a variety of projects simultaneously
• Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas for all bids
• Collation and binding documents
• Researching on clients for design purposes to meet client needs
• Media library storage
• Keep brochures, marketing templates created in the media library
• Ensure divisional images are kept current
• Management of key stakeholders
• Assist the business development managers in designing winning bid design and layout
• Assist marketing in group marketing materials
• Ensure all Proposals are professional and in line with Group Branding guidelines
• Tailor the bid response document according to the chosen strategy, ensuring capturing imagery and design
• Create innovative and striking presentations/materials that will be prominent in a competitive environment, whilst adhering to the company's SOPs and standards

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 2-3 years in similar or related position essential

• Excellent written and PowerPoint graphic design skills

• Solid ability and proven track record to work to and meet stringent and multiple deadlines under extreme pressure
• High volumes of tenders, RFQs etc. under extremely high-pressure situations Computer literacy particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - advanced

Qualifications

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree/diploma in graphic design).
• Knowledge Design Programmes (In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop)
