As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visual assets and multimedia content that effectively communicates the organisations brand message and engage their target audience.What you will do:

• Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing collateral, including digital advertisements, social media content, presentations and print materials.
• Develop and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content and Design teams to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and video production, and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Maintain and organise digital assets, including design files, video footage, and project archives, to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and composition.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in a corporate or agency setting is a plus.
