You'll be instrumental in crafting visually stunning designs that not only meet client objectives but also smash the boundaries of creativity. From the spark of anidea to the final execution, your role is crucial in delivering design solutions that resonate with our audience and drive supreme results.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise results-driven design solutions.Translate client needs, critical insights and branding strategies into design strategies and wow executions.Design visual concepts using industry-standard design software.Articulate and pitch design concepts to the Agency Studio.Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.Amend designs after feedback and craft them to perfection.Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and traditional platforms, including but not limited to advertising, social media, activation and promotional materials.Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your design work.Qualifications:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.Between 3 - 5 years of professional design experience is needed.A strong portfolio that demonstrates your range of skills and conceptual thinking.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,Experience with Premier and After Effects (e.g., video editing, and animation) is a plus.An eye for detail and aesthetics.Excellent communication skills.Be fearless.Ability to work in a team and take direction well.Time management skills are essential.A willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment and the business.xf0x9fxa5xb3 Here's what we've got to offer:
