We are looking for a talented

Graphic Designer

to join our team on a

contract basis

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for a variety of projects, including educational materials, digital content, branding, and marketing collateral. This role requires a creative individual with strong design skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including presentations, brochures, e-learning modules, social media posts, and promotional content. Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and other team members to develop designs that align with learning objectives and branding guidelines. Ensure all designs adhere to the company's visual identity, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and website content. Produce interactive and engaging content for e-learning platforms, including infographics, animations, and custom visuals. Revise and update existing designs as needed based on feedback or evolving project requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools. Experience in web design and an understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly. Familiarity with design trends, typography, color theory, and best practices in graphic design.
