Job Description
DescriptionPURPOSE OF THE POSITIONDo you love everything about Homewear? We are looking for a creative to work alongside the Home team to develop prints and graphics for all our homewear items. This is across the home division (bedding, curtaining, pillow cases etc to dinnerware, novelty and decor).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Design Creating digital artworks across graphics and textile prints
- Work alongside Trend Analyst and Buyer to design cohesive collections for the season
- Administrative tasks and Ad hoc projects
- Degree/Diploma in Textile, Graphic or Fashion design
- 2-3 years practical exposure to designing within the retail environment (clothing/home)
- PC literacy Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Print techniques understanding
- Creative
- Learning orientation
- Planning and organisation skills
- Priority setting
- Project Completion to deadlines
- Knowledge of home product design will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask across different portfolios
