Job Description

The required candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including marketing material design, product photography, website design and maintenance, social media marketing and exhibition organisation in the field of general laboratory equipment. In addition, strong technical ability and attention to detail will be necessary for the understanding of products and processes. The successful candidate will be a talented problem solver who is a fast learner with a wide range of abilities.

Responsibilities

All marketing related activities.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive analysis.

Design and create marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, product photography).

Write and manage content for blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns etc.

Directly responsible for the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.).

Exhibition organization and execution.

Drive brand awareness and product sales.

Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for international sales.

Website design, development and manage the company's website, ensuring up-to-date information and optimization for SEO.

Plan and implement promotional activities and related content.

Product technical specifications understanding and review for brochures and website accuracy.

Internal marketing administration and organisation.

Edit user manuals for equipment where necessary.

Requirements

High level of attention to detail.

Minimum of

3 - 5 years

of work experience at a

single company.

Professional design portfolio (of own work) must be submitted for consideration.

Technically minded for product competency.

Degree in business, design or marketing backgrounds will be beneficial.

Proficient in Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Cloud, CANVA, MS Office and Mailchimp.

Experienced with web design and maintenance in various platforms such as WordPress and Weebly.

Talented with product photography and photo editing.

Competent with video editing in DaVinci Resolve.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Three years' experience in marketing, photography and design.

Own transport.

A valid driver's license is required.

Salary

The salary will be discussed with shortlisted candidates, it will be competitive, market related and in line with the candidates qualifications and experience.
