Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct in-depth and engaging training workshops and webinars for clients on the use of Diligent One software.
2. Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials, such as manuals and online resources, to support software implementation and usage.
3. Customize training programs to cater to different audiences, from administrators to IT professionals.
4. Generate practical exercises to familiarize users with the software functionality and facilitate their compliance requirements.
5. Stay updated with the latest software modifications and incorporate relevant information into the training curriculum.
6. Collect and convey user feedback to the Head of Services to enhance software usability and achieve customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with software implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to training.Required Experience:1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in training delivery and instructional design, preferably within the GRC software domain.
