Purpose:
We are looking for a qualified Griller
Responsibilities
- Train griller that will be responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled dishes in a well established 5 star lodge.
- Main duty will be to operate the grill and ensure that all grilled items are cooked to perfection while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of grilled items to customers.
- Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Matric
- Portfolio required
