Job Description

Duties:

• Credit Model Development & Enhancement: Lead the design and continuous improvement of credit models, scorecards, and analytics tools, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Credit Automation & Decisions: Drive initiatives to automate and streamline the credit evaluation and approval processes, ensuring responsible lending practices and securing high-quality asset placements.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk across client portfolios, conduct thorough credit assessments, and adjust risk parameters as needed to ensure the quality of asset acquisition.
• Client-Centric Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of client needs, provide innovative credit solutions, and build strong relationships to support clients' financial goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to optimize credit models, enhance performance, and address challenges related to credit assessment, approval, and risk management.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports to track credit performance, model accuracy, and risk metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously refine strategies.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior credit analysts, providing training and support to create a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Degree or course in Data Programming
• Experience in internal audit or internal controls
• Proficient in data analytics tools, including SAP, Syspro, SQL, and Power BI
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally on occasion
