Duties & responsibilities:

Assist Business Unit Directors and the Client Service Director in the execution of account plans/strategies
Identify, develop and maintain key client relationships
Link key clients to executive management
Proactively identify opportunities for new business or for introducing other services into established accounts
Lead new client onboarding processes
Take the lead in most strategic client meetings
Manage Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives in their execution of the account plan
Manage client expectations and deal with client challenges as they arise
Have an above-average knowledge of digital tools, trends, platforms, and channels

Experience:

10 - 15 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising role
Bachelor's degree or recognised diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
Post-graduate qualifications are an added bonus
Strong understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and associated administrative tools
