Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the institution, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and budget management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CA Qualification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
