Manage and oversee the financial operations of the institution, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.
Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and budget management.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CA Qualification is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
