Other duties include:

• Overseeing the monthly group consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
• Managing external audits, IFRS compliance, and statutory financial obligations.
• Reviewing and maintaining accounting policies, technical position papers, and regulatory submissions.
• Providing financial insights to executive leadership through balance sheet analysis and cash flow commentary.
• Driving efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes, and strengthening internal controls.
• Leading and mentoring the corporate

team while collaborating with global business units. Education:

• CA(SA) qualification with strong expertise in complex consolidations.

Job Experience & Skills required:

• Experience in IFRS reporting, statutory compliance, and multinational financial operations.
• Proven ability to manage audits, implement process improvements, and provide financial leadership.
