  • Responsible for the overall delivery and timely output of
deliverables to Management and Equity partners. * Ensure accurate completion of month-end management accounts by WD5.
  • Own and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting in line with deadlines.
  • Own and coordinate the preparation of the budget, forecasts and rolling forecasts in line with board deadlines.
  • Monitor cashflow of business weekly / monthly across group and manage cashflow forecasts and report variances to those.
  • Ownership for all relevant statutory returns (VAT, Rates and Taxes).
  • Ensure effective tax and legal structure across the Group which considers the multi-country requirements of transfer pricing and IP licensing.
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR/ AP, GL, Cost accounting, Cashflow and Revenue Recognition.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance.

  • Help resolve / answer any queries related to the PL and the performance of the Products and Departments.
  • Professional finance or finance related qualification at
level (Preferably , ACA). * Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in financial control, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/ GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
