GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR (Cape Town)Purpose of the Job
Our client is a diversified financial services organisation in the northern suburbs that requires a Group FD to - plan, manage & strategize all aspects of their finance function.Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Qualified CA
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial services
- Up to date IFRS knowledge & experience
- Financial policies and processes - implement, manage & improve, whilst ensuring legislative compliance.
- Financial Accounting - prepare accurate monthly & annual financial statements.
- Management Accounts - monthly variance analysis & explanation.
- Audit & Risk - plan, implement, conform & mitigate as per all statutory requirements - financial & other.
- Taxation - ensure fully compliant & punctual returns with PAYE, VAT & Provisional Tax.
- Forecasting, Budgeting & Treasury - cashflow planning & financing within group and externally.
- HR & Payroll
- A motivated, committed & hard-working self-starter.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High integrity levels.
- Above average management skills.
