Group Financial Manager Manufacturing
Northern Suburbs, Cape Town - Western Cape - South AfricaThis Group company seeks a seasoned Group Financial Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of their manufacturing enterprise. The ideal candidate will support strategic decisions through tactical financial initiatives.As the Group Financial Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, maintaining high-quality financial controls, and developing systems for effective financial management. Your leadership will ensure governance and compliance, preparation of monthly financial reports, and management of external audits. You will also be accountable for cash flow forecasting, inventory oversight, and driving continuous process improvement within the finance division. This role requires a results-driven individual with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:

• CA (SA)
• 5-8 years of experience in a financial leadership role within the manufacturing/FMCG
• Experience managing a medium-sized finance team.
• Proven track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, and financial reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and management.
• Strong financial and risk management skills.
• Proven leadership and change management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organisational levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Acumatica (ERP) is advantageous.
