Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry based in Cape Town is seeking a Group Financial Manager to join their fast-growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and compliance of the group of companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise, streamline processes, and work with a vibrant team.Duties and Responsibilities
- Group reporting
- Consolidations
- Internal Controls
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Board packs
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Liaise with auditors
- CA(SA)
- Minimum 3 years group experience
- Multinational experience would be advantageous
- Consolidations experience is essential
- Multinational / multi - currencies experience is essential
- Experience working with large companies with an annual revenue turnover of R2 Billion minimum
- IFRS
- Oracle / Hyperion would be beneficial
