Job Description

The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations across multiple business segments, including property, investments, online gambling, and refinery operations. The ideal candidate will hold a CA(SA) qualification and have approximately 3 years of diverse experience in these industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations across property, investments, online gambling, and refinery sectors.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance across all business segments.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• CA(SA) qualification is required.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial management within the property, investments, online gambling, and refinery industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
