Group Financial Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the groupxe2x80x99s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the groupxe2x80x99s growth and profitability in the property sector.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property industry.
