Position Overview:
As a Group Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial health of our clients portfolio companies. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy development to support our growth objectives and ensure optimal financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the holdings company and its subsidiaries. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the companys growth and investment goals. Assess financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and support operational needs.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and support decision-making processes through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and strategic insights to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Group Financial Manager, with a proven track record in a similar role within a holdings company or a large, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, consolidation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
