Job Description
Key Requirements:
- CA(SA) or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years experience as a Financial Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of group-level financial management, including consolidations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a finance team.
- Lead and manage financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial growth.
