Group Financial Manager:reporting

Job Description
This role will directly report to the Group CFO, focusing on group department reporting, treasury, payroll management and overseeing the full financial management of the group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Control of the operational accounting functions for designated group companies.
- Team management.
- Treasury function (External debt facility management, Cash management, new venture funding management, dividend facilitation).
- Regulatory compliance oversight and management external advice is sought in foreign jurisdictions where required.
- Financial reporting, tracking and analysis
- Assisting CFO with all key adhoc finance projects.
- CA(SA)
- 7 years in a management position
- 5 distinction minimum in matric
