We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations across all properties.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement F&B strategies to align with the companys vision and guest satisfaction goals.Oversee all aspects of the F&B operations across the group, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service standards across all properties.Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.Lead menu development in collaboration with Executive Chefs, ensuring innovation and alignment with market trends.Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.Recruit, train, and develop F&B teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement to ensure the best quality and value.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Requirements:Proven experience as a Group Food & Beverage Manager or similar role within a hotel group.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Comprehensive understanding of F&B trends, operations, and financial management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to travel between properties as required.What We Offer:Competitive remuneration package.Opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and expanding hotel group.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Exposure to innovative and diverse hospitality operations.How to Apply:If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in food and beverage, we would love to hear from you!Join us in shaping memorable dining experiences and driving success across our hotel group!Job Type: Full-time
