Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support smooth execution of debt financing transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial data, reports, and investor memorandums to aid decision-making.
- Contribute to the groups cash and balance sheet management functions.
- Assist in designing and implementing debt financing transactions through market research, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor transaction compliance and address operational issues post-implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination throughout transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Engage in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as investors and regulators.
- Essential: BCom degree, CA (SA) newly qualified
- 2 Years Post-Article Experience
- Beneficial: Experience in corporate credit or structured finance, CFA Level 3, audit experience in financial institutions, knowledge of securitization structures, and familiarity with financial modeling and credit underwriting.
