• Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing and communications strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals
• Collaborate with business managers to ensure brand and messaging alignment across the global businesses
• Oversee the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage all aspects of communications, including digital marketing and special projects
• Responsible for measuring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Manage brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms
• Develop and execute public relations strategies & messaging that align with the business strategy and enhances brand reputation and stakeholder trust
• Maintain media relations, oversee crisis communication plan to manage company reputation and ensuring rapid and effective responses to public relations challenges
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment
• Regularly review financial reports and marketing expenses, identify areas where costs can be reduced without compromising strategic objectives, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on budget
• Lead a diverse team of marketing and communications professionals, setting clear objectives and KPIs
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring team members are aligned with company goals and performing at their best

• A Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Marketing and Communications
• Relevant Post Graduate qualification
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
