Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement the Business Banking strategy to drive success.
Marketing & Sales: Define and execute marketing and sales strategies tailored to the Business Banking Group.
Product Development: Innovate and develop Business Banking products and services to meet market demands.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing relationships while developing new ones.
Risk Management: Oversee the credit risk framework to safeguard the banks interests.
Customer Insights: Develop a customer management framework driven by insightful marketing strategies.
Financial Growth: Fund the bank with low-cost liabilities and achieve PCE, Balance Sheet, and other performance targets.
Ambassadorial Role: Represent the entire group with excellence and integrity.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly MPR reports for the Executive Director BBD.
Specifications:
Education: First & postgraduate degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Formal Training: Relevant professional certifications in Banking (e.g., ACIB or others).
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years in a Senior Management role in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
