Work model: Hybrid (4 days a week in-office)A small, integrated agency is looking for a Group Head or a CD to join their team. This is an opportunity to work on a range of blue chip clients, in an environment where you can make truly impactful work.Position Overview:
The Creative Director will be responsible for owning and driving the visual language of our client. This role demands a unique vision for how the world can be represented through design and art direction, and how that vision can be applied to both internal assets and client projects. The ideal candidate will be someone who can blend design, digital, motion, and conceptual thinking into a cohesive approach that elevates the work produced by the agency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Language Leadership: Develop and maintain a distinctive design and art direction approach that reflects our clients unique perspective and applies it consistently across all projects, including internal assets and client-facing work.
  • Creative Inspiration: Inspire creativity among colleagues and clients. While not every project may be groundbreaking, an unwavering commitment to craft and attention to detail is essential. You will be responsible for instilling this mindset throughout the team and across all client engagements.
  • Encourage and foster creativity within the team.
  • Set a high standard for work, aiming to raise the bar both locally and internationally.
