In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all human resources functions, including HR development, career path planning, and implementation of Employment Equity and BBBEE strategies. You will manage industrial relations, recruitment, performance appraisal, and remuneration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Additionally, your key responsibilities will be overseeing HR administration, workplace health and safety, payroll management, and updating key performance indicators for management review.
