Job Summary In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all human resources functions, including HR development, career path planning, and implementation of Employment Equity and BBBEE strategies. You will manage industrial relations, recruitment, performance appraisal, and remuneration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Additionally, your key responsibilities will be overseeing HR administration, workplace health and safety, payroll management, and updating key performance indicators for management review. Your qualifications, experience, and leadership will drive organisational success and foster a positive work environment. Qualifications: Grade 12 HR related Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience Experience in the automotive sector would be an added advantage Minimum 5 years of Occupational health and safety experience Payroll Experience Experience in Labour relations and CCMA Human Resources Managerial experience Sound Knowledge of Statutory and Common Law requirements Leadership abilities to interact at all levels Willingness to travel and good negotiation skills Excellent command of English- Written and Verbal
