Purpose of the Role:

Leza seeks to employ a dedicated and skilled Group Insurance & Project Accountant to join our Finance Team.

You will be responsible for:

Provide timely reporting and sales analysis to Brand Sales Executives.

Perform project costing and cost per policy calculations for Board reports.

Conduct annual Present Value (PV) calculations and integrate them into the business information system.

Support product development through costing and business case analysis for new products.

Manage financial integration and reporting for joint ventures.

Assist in producing accurate, IFRS-compliant annual financial statements.

Contribute to risk reporting and investment return analyses.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA(SA) qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Expertise in IFRS 17 and the insurance industry.

Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in QlikSense (QS) advantageous.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent verbal communication and team collaboration skills.

Must have own transport and be willing to work 4 to 5 days a week (hybrid model).
