- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual internal audit plan covering financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits across multiple countries
- Lead and mentor a team of auditors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Conduct high-impact audits that drive operational efficiency and financial performance
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate risks across the organization
- Spearhead the evaluation of the company's governance framework and control environment
- Drive innovation in audit methodologies and leverage technology to enhance audit effectiveness
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the board and senior management
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations across all operating regions
