PermanentPlease note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profileMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBResponsible for leading and managing the transformation of Mediclinic's business systems, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Oversee the planning, execution,
coordination and monitoring of complex cross-functional initiatives across the Mediclinic Group that involve the adoption of new technologies, software applications, and process improvements in line with the Group
ICT strategy.This includes ensuring the strategies necessary for change management, communication and training are coordinated effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Lead and manage large scale cross-functional business system transformation initiatives from initiation to implementation across the Mediclinic Group, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards
• Build and maintain collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships to identify their needs and challenges and develop solutions that align with their requirements
• Act as the link between IT and business by understanding business needs and translating them into strategic solutions. Collaborate with Group CoE's to develop a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the organisation's long-term goals and objectives.
• Manage Graduate training program for Group IT
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation projects and initiatives and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Lead and manage the people in the team

REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Relevant Bachelors degree in Business or IT

DESIRED EDUCATION

• Relevant post-graduate qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• More than 5 years experience in the systems environment, with specific focus on the ecosystem interrelationships
• More than 5 years experience working with large scale projects within a multinational organisation

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Exposure to general business processes
• Experience in solution and process design
• Experience of working in a complex global organisation with multiple stakeholders
• Software as a Service (e.g. SaaS) operational
• models experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Project Management methodologies
• Experience in solution and process design
• Ability to communicate, making complex systems and situations easy to understand
• Group IT policies and procedures
• Financial acumen (project budgets)
• Change Management methodologies
• Ability to build exceptional client relationships
• Business Analysis (to facilitate modelling and understanding a business and it's operations)
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for finding solutions
• A deep understanding of Software as a Service (e.g. SaaS) operational models
• Facilitation and training experience including training methods and tools, adult learning principles (including change management facilitation skills)
• Enthusiasm and ability to collaborate well in teams
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
