:The Group Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Sustainability and Risk manager (the Manager) has to ensure that the Company complies, develop and implement all Health and Safety, Sustainability and Risk policies, Procedures and associated legislation and regulations. The manager must develop a systematic approach for implementation throughout the Group. The manager must further be independently advising, monitoring, and auditing for compliance across the Group. The manager is responsible to own the OHS, Sustainability, Risk and Compliance strategies and ensure effective delivery and implementation across the Company to provide expert knowledge on pro-active management of the portfolio.Governance:
