Group Reporting Accountant

Job Description
A business in the telecommunications space is looking to hire a Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post articles exposure in the telecommunication space, in the position of Group Reporting Accountant.
Title: Group Reporting Accountant
Location: Johannesburg North
Salary: R 750 000
This role will provide exposure in (but is not limited to):
- Manage the finance function.
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting to produce monthly management accounts.
- Monthly Variance analysis.
- Review Annual Financial Statements.
- Manage auditors and assist with requests.
- Monthly Consolidations for the Group and ensure Group deadlines are met.
- IFRS implementation for new transactions and draft accounting memos.
- Perform IC reconciliations across the group and ensure all entities balance at month end.
- Perform Forex Translations.
- Provide Group Commentary on the group management accounts.
- CA(SA)
- 5 years post articles exposure
- Exposure in a shared service center environment
- Consolidations
- Excel
- Good communication skills
- Team player
