Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CA(SA) with a strong background in Group Reporting or significant exposure to group financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in navigating complex reporting frameworks, and have a passion for driving financial excellence and ensuring compliance within a group context

Duties and Specifications:

As Group Reporting Financial Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process across our organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting Oversight:

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Strategic Analysis:

• Provide insightful analysis of financial data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and ensure our financial reporting practices adhere to all relevant standards and regulations.

Process Improvement:

• Lead initiatives to optimise financial reporting processes, driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organisation.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and transparent communication regarding financial performance and reporting matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA).
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, preferably within a group or multi-national organisation;
• Own internal technical accounting views, policies, and development and improvements thereto;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide strategic insights;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
