- Annual remuneration review process
- Ensure compliance with legal, Tax and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain pay scales
- Review the company's bonus scheme
- Research and analysis
- Relationship management with Stakeholders
- Policy management
- Relevant Degree
- South African Reward Association (SARA)
- 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
Salary: 1200000 Annually
