• Promote Group Bookings
• Assist Travel Partners and Event Companies: Collaborate with our partners to facilitate smooth group bookings and provide exceptional support
• Deliver Superior Customer Service: Ensure guests receive unparalleled service to encourage repeat business and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Identify Selling Opportunities: Recognize individual guest needs and capitalize on selling opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in promoting and managing group bookings, preferably within the Travel or Hospitality sector.
• Exceptional customer service skills focused on building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities to effectively coordinate group bookings and manage client relationships.
• Ability to identify selling opportunities, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and corporate standards in the cruise or travel industry.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.

• Valid passport and able to travel if required.
