About the Role

As a

Group Travel Consultant

, you'll coordinate group air bookings, venue sourcing, and related logistics for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is handled with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do

Manage group travel and venue sourcing for corporate M&E clients Deliver exceptional, proactive service while meeting tight deadlines Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships Accurately interpret client needs and provide tailored solutions Meet and exceed turnaround time SLAs Resolve service issues quickly and professionally Follow FCM's One Best Way (OBW) systems and processes Work towards KPIs while maximising preferred supplier usage Stay engaged with internal comms and team development initiatives

What You'll Bring

Experience with

group travel bookings

(essential) GDS proficiency -

Amadeus preferred

(essential) Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Strong customer service background, ideally in travel or events Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail Ability to influence and consult clients effectively Positive attitude and commitment to personal growth Knowledge of venue sourcing and MICE suppliers (desired) Experience using

Cvent or Wrike

(a plus)
